SEATRU is a maritime-tourism operator in Sesimbra offering tours throughout the Arrábida region by boat, kayak, and van. We provide a variety of options for those looking to purchase individual or group tickets, and private tours can also be booked.

You can purchase tickets for our tours through our website, by phone, via email, or at the tourist information points in Sesimbra and Setúbal. We have agreements with various partners (hotels, travel agencies, and other tour operators) who are authorized to sell our tickets.

SEATRU has 3 meeting points depending on the type of tour chosen: the boat tour starts at the Sesimbra Harbor, the kayak tour starts at Creiro Beach in Arrábida, and the van tour (when the pick-up and drop-off option is selected) starts next to TimeOut Lisboa, at Cais do Sodré.

For the boat trip, children aged 3 to 11 pay €35 per ticket. We offer special rates for groups and large families—please send us a message for more information.

Yes, we offer personalized gift vouchers in both physical and digital formats. You can purchase a voucher online for either the boat tour or the kayak tour. If you would like a personalized voucher, please send us your request, specifying the tour you have chosen and the number of tickets.

SEATRU's cancellation policy allows for ticket date changes up to 24 hours in advance and cancellations up to 72 hours before the scheduled tour date – applicable to both individual tickets and private tours. In the event of cancellation due to weather conditions or safety reasons (within 24 hours of the tour), we will offer to reschedule your tour. In these situations, full refunds are only issued in exceptional cases.

Yes, all SEATRU tours are led by a guide fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

Yes, you can. Private boat or kayak tours are available and can be booked for birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette parties, group events, family celebrations, corporate outings, or photo shoots. These experiences can be customized upon request, including additional services such as catering, drinks, or other event support elements. Professional filming and photography are not permitted during our Clear Boat Experience and Clear Kayak Experience tours. If you wish to arrange this, please contact us.

Currently, SEATRU vessels are not accessible to wheelchairs or individuals with reduced mobility. Strollers are also not permitted on board.

No, SEATRU does not have vessels with onboard restrooms. You can find public restrooms near the boarding areas.

Food and drinks are not permitted on boat trips, kayak tours, or van transfers.

No, SEATRU does not allow pets due to the nature of the materials used in our vessels.

SEATRU vessels comply with all current safety regulations and are equipped with life jackets for every passenger. Safety instructions are provided by the crew on all SEATRU tours.

Smoking is not permitted on board SEATRU vessels, and passengers must always follow the crew's safety instructions, especially during docking maneuvers.

Yes, for each tour, SEATRU has a list of terms and conditions that can be consulted when purchasing tickets online. This list is also sent along with the tickets once the online purchase is complete.
